The literature that inspires us goes beyond Torah and tradition. The Kol Hadash Book Club regularly explores great writing in lively discussions, and this Shabbat they will be honored. Rabbi Chalom will lead a discussion of The Ministry of Special Cases by Nathan Englander, a poignant novel of Jewish life under military dictatorship in Argentina. And as a special treat, visiting rabbi Miriam Jerris will lead the Shabbat service!
