Follow Us Online!
All Kol Hadash members receive our newsletter, the Shofar, in the mail every month, but there are many more ways to keep up with Kol Hadash online. Each of these information outlets is an opportunity for you to help spread news of Kol Hadash to your friends and family.
Weekly Email
Our members receive a weekly email “digest” version of upcoming events, reminders, and important Kol Hadash news.
Several times each week, we post updates about Kol Hadash, previews of Shabbat service topics, and alerts of appearances and articles by Rabbi Chalom in our Facebook group. Members can communicate with other members here, too.
Our Twitter feed is updated 2-3 times per day with a stream of news about upcoming events, “instant” reports and photos of events that just occurred, news about member achievements and activities, links to interesting stories outside of Kol Hadash, and more. This news is both for our members’ benefit and for promotional purposes: many local media outlets follow us on Twitter, so they are seeing Kol Hadash news along with you.
How can you help spread the word online?
Remember that in the Internet age, information travels on a
multilane highway.
- If you receive the weekly email, forward it to friends to let them know about upcoming events.
- Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to allow your Facebook friends and
Twitter followers to see news about Kol Hadash.
- Be an active online participant! When you “like” or repost a Facebook message, or when you “retweet” one of our tweets, you are actively sending Kol Hadash news to all your friends and followers.
