4:00 PM - 6:00 PMCongregational Sukkah, North Shore Unitarian Church: 2100 Half Day Road, DeerfieldCelebrate fall by joining us for our all-ages event near our Sukkah to celebrate Sukkot and Simchat Torah. Sukkot is the fall Jewish harvest holiday, and Simchat Torah is a celebration of Jewish learning and our oldest book. We will be observing Covid health protocols (outdoors, masks, sanitizing, no shared materials, etc.) Rabbi Adam Chalom will lead a brief service, including lulav branches, etrog fruit and Torah scroll “show and tell.”
Please be sure to help us with our Simchat Torah Children’s Book Drive by bringing your new or gently used children’s books to donate to Bernie’s Book Bank!
