Holiday Celebrations for Children

“I like knowing that my children’s Jewish education is based on the philosophy of Secular Humanism and that I don’t have to wear a tie to services!”

 — Brad S., Deerfield

Children of all ages (and their parents and grandparents) enjoy hearing holiday stories, singing holiday songs, learning holiday traditions, and, of course, tasting holiday foods. Join the Kol Hadash community for children-friendly Jewish celebrations held throughout the year. Parents, grandparents and guests are always welcome! All holiday celebrations are free, except where indicated.

Our whole school—students, teachers, and families—come together to celebrate major Jewish holidays as well as to enjoy special programs on Jewish culture.
