Tu B'Shevat has evolved from a New Year for Trees to a seder meal of fruits and nuts to a Jewish Earth Day of environmental awareness. This Tu B'Shevat, we'll be working together on "upcycling" plastic grocery bags to make plarn. Not sure what plarn is, or what you can make out of it that can be useful?
